These identifying details must be completed with the company's registry information before the site goes live.
Data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the analysis request form:
- Name and company.
- Work email and, optionally, phone number.
- Approximate number of employees.
- A description of the process you want to automate and the tools you use.
The text you type into the process analysis demo is sent to our server to generate the response. It is not linked to your identity nor stored against it.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to study the process described, reply to you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for bulk marketing and we do not share it with third parties.
Retention
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if no contractual relationship follows, for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.
Processors
The technology providers we use to host the site, handle email and record requests may access this data, always under a data processing agreement and with safeguards equivalent to those required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to hello@fabrantis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information. The site is served over HTTPS and access to requests is restricted to the team that handles them.
